These Terms & Conditions govern your use of C Line Cars minibus hire services.
1. Booking & Confirmation
When you book with C Line Cars, you're entering into a contract. A booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. Verbal or email bookings are not binding until confirmed by C Line Cars in writing.
2. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (amount agreed at booking)
- Balance is due 7 days before your journey
- We accept bank transfer, card payment, and cash
- Invoices issued for all bookings
3. Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days notice: Full refund of balance (deposit kept)
- 7-14 days notice: 50% refund of balance
- Less than 7 days: No refund (balance forfeited)
- Cancellations must be in writing via email to twclinetaxi@gmail.com
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must arrive at agreed pickup time (5 mins early advised)
- Passengers must be sober and not under the influence of drugs/alcohol
- No smoking inside vehicles
- No eating/drinking inside vehicles (water only)
- Passengers liable for damage caused to vehicles
- We reserve the right to refuse service to disruptive passengers
5. What's Included
- Professional driver (with optional meet-and-greet at airports)
- Fuel and vehicle insurance
- Parking charges
- GPS/navigation
- Child car seats (if requested at booking)
6. Our Liability
C Line Cars is not liable for:
- Missed flights due to passenger lateness
- Changes to passenger plans or cancellations
- Traffic delays (journey times are estimates)
- Loss of personal items in the vehicle
7. Luggage
Luggage is carried at passenger's risk. Standard luggage allowance: 8-10 large cases (8-seater), 12-16 cases (16-seater). Excess luggage charged at £5 per item.
8. Special Requirements
Notify us at booking if you require:
- Wheelchair accessibility
- Child car seats
- Dietary requirements
- Special assistance
9. Cookie Policy

10. Liability Limitations
C Line Cars' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the booking fee paid. We carry full business insurance.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes posted on our website take effect immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to English courts.
