Q: What is your cancellation policy?

14+ days notice gets a full refund of the balance (deposit is non-refundable). 7-14 days notice gets a 50% refund. Less than 7 days notice, the balance is forfeited. Cancellations must be made in writing to twclinetaxi@gmail.com.

For weekend weddings and peak season (May-September), we recommend 3-6 months ahead. For standard airport transfers or corporate travel, 1-2 weeks is usually sufficient, though same-day bookings are sometimes possible subject to availability.

How much does minibus hire cost?

Prices vary by journey. Airport transfers range from £120 (Gatwick) to £280 (Stansted/Luton, 16-seater). Hourly hire starts at £65-80/hour, and full-day hire is typically £200-250. See our calculator for an estimate.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your journey.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No, smoking is not permitted inside any of our vehicles.
